If you are having trouble accepting a quote, please check the following:

 

1)      Is the quote still active? 


Only active quotes can be accepted so if the a quote is not displayed by default when you open the review quotes page then the quote will be declined, withdrawn, lapsed or expired.


2)      Is your listing still active?


 On Shiply a delivery listing will automatically expire after 1 month if no quote is accepted. 


If this is the case you can re-list your delivery by pressing the “Re-list” button on the Expired Deliveries Page.

 

If you have checked these things and are still unable to accept a quote then please contact customer support.
