We usually find that the main reason service provider might want to close their free account with us is because they simply don't want to be receiving daily email alerts from us.  You can alter your email settings by following these instructions:

 

1)    Go to the Account Page.

 

2)    Un-check "I'm happy to receive the newsletter" and click the “Submit Changes” button.

 

If you are ever short of work in the future, all you need to do is login and use the search deliveries facility without going through the sign up process again.
