After creating a delivery request you can easily edit the description, dimensions, addresses and dates as necessary:


1)      Log in at: https://www.shiply.com/users/login


2)      Find your delivery under “Active Deliveries.”


3)      Click the “Edit” tab with pencil icon, to the right of your delivery.


4)      Edit your delivery as needed and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.


Please note you can only edit a  delivery request if it is active. If you have already accepted a quote, deleted the delivery request or the listing has expired you will not be able to make changes. If your delivery request has no quotes, then you are free to edit your delivery request entirely.


However, if you have already received quotes and you are materially changing the delivery request e.g. changing the pickup/delivery address, weight, dates etc. then you will have to decline all active bids before making the changes.


If you merely wish to add to the description or add more photos to help inform the transport providers (and are not materially changing the request at all), then you don’t need to decline active quotes.
