How do I ask a transport provider a question

Please follow these steps to ask a transport provider a question:

1) Log in at: https://www.shiply.com/users/login.

2) Click on your shipment in question (this should take you to your shipment page - the one with the quote and large map at the top).

3) Click on the grey button "View Quote" on the transport provider you wish to ask a question.

4) The quote details section will display and you can type your question in on the right.

Once your message is sent, the transport provider will be alerted via email and will reply as soon as they possibly can. You will be alerted of replies via email.

Please note that Shiply is a public website, do not post full contact details such as addresses, phone numbers or email addresses on the site. Your personal details are only exchanged with your chosen transport provider if and when you accept a price.
