If you are having problems placing a quote, please check the following:

 

1)      Are logged into your transport provider account?

 

2)      Do you also have a user account and have registered it with the same email address? In this case you will need to change the email address on one of the accounts so that each             account has a different contact email address.

 

3)      Are there any error messages informing you of the problem?


On the listing page place quote form there should be an error box that identifies the reason for your issue. This most commonly is due to a verification requirement or accoutn suspension.
