Unfortunately the nature of deliveries means that damages can sometimes occur during transit.


If you have purchased a shipment protection plan, please contact Shiply inside 24 hours of delivery to make a claim.  Unfortunately, claims made later than this will not be valid.

If you have not have not purchased a shipment protection plan but find that the item has been damaged please contact your transport provider to resolve.

Shiply acts purely as a neutral venue through which Transport Providers and Users can meet and enter into their own agreements.  Shiply is not involved with the actual transaction.
