Unfortunately the nature of deliveries means that damages can sometimes occur during transit.
If you have received your delivery but find that the item has been damaged please contact your transport provider to organise an insurance claim.
We act as a neutral venue through which Transport Providers and Users can meet and enter into negotiations and are not involved with the actual transaction.
