When you accept a quote on Shiply, you pay a small deposit online by debit/credit card or PayPal. As a User, when you accept a quote, you will pay a deposit in the amount of the Fee (the "Deposit") into your Account which is immediately transferred to the Successful Transport Provider's Account from which we then debit the sum as payment of the Fee.
Unlike multinational shipping companies, independent transport providers and small shipping companies who use Shiply often need to have every scheduled shipment on their route on board to ensure that they are making a profit out of the trip. If for some reason you cancel your shipment at the last minute, it could mean a substantial loss for the transport provider. Therefore please make sure you notify them of the cancellation ASAP in order for them to avoid a loss.
