If you are receiving an error message when trying to upload your shipment listing photos onto Shiply, please try the following:
- Ensure your picture is in an image format (e.g. .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .png etc...).
- Try to reduce the image size (open up the image in photo editing software and reduce the width and height).
- You can upload a maximum of 5 pictures per shipment listing, so if you try to upload any more than this, the system will stop you.
If, despite trying the above, you continue to experience problems, please contact customer support by clicking on the 'New Ticket' button.
